By order dated 15.05.2025, it was recorded as follows:- "1. It is pointed out by learned counsel for the respondents that despite orders dated 28.01.2025 and 27.02.2025, by which earlier writ petitions filed by the petitioner were withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petitions, the present writ petition also suffers from defects in the memo of parties, averments, prayers, and even the vakalatnama.
2. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, list on 12.08.2025, in the category of "Fresh matters and Applications"." 2.
There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call. No steps have been taken to cure the said defects. 3.
The writ petition alongwith the pending application is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution.
