Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing of FIR No.533/2018 dated 17.12.2018, under Section 308/34 IPC, P.S.Jamia Nagar, New Delhi.

As per the FIR there was a fight which took place between the accused Petitioner, Najmus Saqib and the two Respondents on account of wrong parking of the scooty. According to the FIR the injured Bilal Shams was hit by an iron rod and the other person with a "Lohey ka punch". As per the MLC both the injured received simple injuries. The Petitioner and the two injured/Respondents are present through V.C who have been identified by the IO. 4.
They endorse that they have settled the matter amicably without any fear and coercion and undertake to remain bound by their statements.

The learned Prosecutor submits that there was another unknown accused whose identity could not be established. 6.

Considering that both the injured have compounded their offence against the Petitioner and the unknown person and have no objection to the quashing of the FIR and also considering that the injuries suffered were simple in nature, the FIR and the proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.
