The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 26.06.2019 passed by the Delhi Pollution Control Committee, imposing an environmental compensation of ₹1,50,35,700/- on the petitioner.

Concededly, the order is an appealable under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, as well as under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, to the National Green Tribunal.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of while reserving the rights of the petitioner to avail of alternative remedies. The pending application is also disposed of.
