Learned counsel for the parties state that under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre the inter se disputes have been amicably resolved and the terms of settlement have been reduced into writing and recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 30.01.2026. 2.
The terms of settlement are recorded in para (i) to para (xix) of the Settlement Agreement dated 30.01.2026.

As per para (vii) of the Settlement Agreement, the defendant is to handover all impugned goods, packaging, pamphlets and catalogues bearing the infringing mark seized during infringement of the commission to the plaintiff within one month from today.

Subsequently, upon destruction of the said impugned goods etc., the plaintiff is to confirm the said destruction to the defendant by communication within 15 days thereafter.

The said communication for destruction shall also be filed before this Court within the same time period.

The other compliances are stated to be complete. 7.
The Settlement Agreement dated 30.01.2026 alongwith all its annexures appended thereto are taken on record. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Let a decree sheet be drawn up in terms of para (i) to (xix) of the Settlement Agreement dated 30.01.2026.

The Court Fee shall be refunded to the plaintiff no.2 in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with the Court Fees (Delhi Amendment) Act, 2026 upon completion of all the formalities as per Rules. 10.
The suit is decreed and disposed of alongwith all pending applications, if any.
