It is stated that there is a change of circumstances. The order of 16th July, 2019 will not stand in the way of the Sessions Court to reconsider petitioner's application for bail afresh after obtaining the presence of the complainant.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
