The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "a) directing respondent Nos.2 &3 to release the petitioner no.1 & 2, who have been confined in foreigner deportation camp, Sewa Sadan, Lampur, Nerala, Delhi b) directing respondent Nos.2 &3 to release the petitioner nos. 3 & 4 at Nirmal Chhaya, Hari Nagar, Delhi c) quash the order of deportation and pending application under Section 5(1) (f) of Indian Citizenship Act, before the competent authorities i.e.

respondent No.3 till the outcome;

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents state that first two prayers with regard to the release of the petitioners do no survive, as the

petitioners have already been released.

Insofar as the prayer (c) is concerned, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners state that he does not wish to pursue this prayer before this Court and would make an application regarding the same before the concerned authorities.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
