This is a petition for quashing of FIR No. 0171/2024 under Section 498A, registered at P.S.Karawal Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that both parties have come to an amicable settlement and an MOU/Settlement Deed dated 30.09.2024 has been executed.

Learned APP submits that in her statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C, respondent no.2/complainant has made allegations against father-in-law and mother-in-law as well but the settlement is only with her husband/petitioner. 4.

At this stage, Mr. Lalit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition.
