This is a joint Application filed on behalf of the Petitioner and the Respondent under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The learned Counsel for the Parties submit that during the pendency of the present Petition, the Respondent approached the Petitioner and expressed its willingness to not use the Impugned Mark, 'SNOW-EX', Trade Name, 'SNOW-EX LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED', and the Domain Name, www.snowex.in or any other Trade Mark, Trade Name, and Domain Name infringing upon or passing off the Petitioner's Family of marks with the word 'SNOW' in any manner whatsoever in relation to cold chain logistics services, and to amicably settle the dispute. 3.

In view of the same, the Parties have agreed to settle the dispute as per the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement dated 10.09.2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. ("Settlement Agreement") and the Addendum to the Settlement Agreement dated 01.10.2025 ("Addendum to the Settlement Agreement" - both these agreements are referred to as "Agreements"). A copy of the Agreements is annexed to this Application.

The learned Counsel for the Parties submit that the Petition may be disposed of in terms of the Agreements. The Parties shall comply with the terms of the Agreements.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of in terms of the Agreements with the aforesaid direction.
