Ordinarily this Court would not have jurisdiction to pass an order in this matter because this Court does not have pecuniary jurisdiction in view of the Order dated 24.11.2015 issued by Hon'ble the Chief Justice in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, however, since the matter is settled between the parties, therefore, I exercise my powers under Section 24 CPC read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India to retain the suit in this Court for passing of the order and disposing of the suit by compromise. 2.

The main parties to the suit are plaintiff, defendant no.3 and defendant CS(OS) No.473/2011

no.6 and between these parties there is a written and signed Settlement Agreement dated 20.10.2015 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The suit is accordingly disposed of as compromised in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 20.10.2015 between the plaintiff, defendant no.3 and defendant no.6 and so far as the other defendants are concerned, the suit is not pursued.
