% 06.02.2018 Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is mother-inlaw and petitioner no.3 is sister-in-law (jethani) of respondent no.2. It is submitted that respondent no.2 has settled the disputes amicably with petitioner nos. 1 to 3 vide Compromise Deed / Settlement Deed dated 16th January, 2018, therefore, FIR 1034/2014 under sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Sultan Puri, Delhi, be quashed qua petitioners.

Respondent No.2 Babita is present in court with her counsel and has been identified by SI Ramesh of Police Station Sultan Puri., Respondent No. 2 says that she has settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion in as much as she has already received entire

settlement amount of `60,000/- from the petitioners.

Respondent no.2 further says that she has no objection in case FIR is quashed against the petitioners.

Affidavits of petitioner nos. 1 to 3 and respondent no.2 are on record.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR 1034/2014 under sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Sultan Puri, Delhi, and the consequent proceedings emanating threfrom are is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
