Conciliated Agreement dated 05th February, 2026 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, as per which, the parties have settled their dispute, subject to full and final payment of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only), by the respondent to the petitioner, which has been paid on 29th January, 2026 at the time of signing of the said Agreement.
