The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner seeking speedy trial in Criminal Case no. 7704 of 2024 titled "State vs. Bharti Singh" pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Karkardooma Courts, East, Delhi.

However, at this stage, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach, this Court if need so arises in the future.
