The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing No. 0280/2016 under Sections 323/341/354A/34 of the IPC registered with P.S. Khyala, Delhi, and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The present petition is premised on a settlement arrived at between the parties. The compromise deed executed between petitioner no.3 and respondent nos. 2 to 4 has been placed on record. The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2 (Smt Laxmi). 3.

Petitioner nos. 1 to 3 and respondent nos. 2 to 4 stated that they have no grievance against each other and jointly request that the FIR in question be quashed.

Ms Prabha Kumari, daughter of Sh. Rajendra Prasad, is also one of

the persons who is accused and she is also present in Court. She is also identified by the learned counsel. She also joins the other parties in praying that the FIR be quashed.

In view of the aforesaid statements, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition and quash the FIR in question. 6.

Accordingly, the FIR bearing No.

0280/2016 under Sections 323/341/354A/34 of the IPC registered with P.S. Khyala, Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 7.

Petitioner nos. 1 to 3 and respondent nos. 2 to 4 shall sign this order as an acknowledgement of their statements recorded herein. VIBHU BAKHRU, J OCTOBER 09, 2019 RK
