% 28.02.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Judge against the impugned order. Accordingly, revision petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, in case revision petition is filed by the petitioner before the Sessions Judge within one week the same shall be heard and disposed of on merits without going into the question of limitation. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
