The present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.0070/2023 under Sections 392/397/411/120B/34 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act registered at PS Civil Lines. 2.

On the last date, learned APP had informed the Court that the present petitioner has been arrested in connection with another FIR and post his said arrest, he has been formally arrested in the present FIR as well, on 18.04.2024.

Today, a status report has been filed in support of the above submission, the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
