This is an Appeal against the interim order dated 08.06.2018 ("Impugned Order") passed by the learned Additional District Judge-3 (Central District) Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi ("Trial Court"). By way of the Impugned Order, the learned Trial Court has vacated the ad-interim order dated 08.01.2018, whereby Defendant No.1 / Respondent No.1 was restrained from using, in any manner, the works allegedly owned by the Plaintiff / Appellant.

The Parties have jointly agreed that the Appeal may be disposed of in the following terms:

i. The Impugned Order dated 08.06.2018 is set aside. ii. However, there shall be no interim injunction in favour of the Plaintiff / Appellant.
