The Petitioner seeks to challenge the Order dated 04.03.2025 passed by the Ld. Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Delhi in RC No.66/2019 in OA No.178/2016.

Since the Petitioner has already filed an appeal under Section 30 of the RDDBFI Act, 1993 before the Ld. DRT, this Court gave a suggestion to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to continue with the said remedy which it has already availed of. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner graciously accepts the suggestion and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition 3.
Permission, as sought for, is granted.
