% 26.07.2019 After brief hearing of learned counsel for the parties, I hereby direct the respondent-Bank to decide/dispose of the representation dated 20.03.2019 (Annexure P-7) within ten days and the decision so taken shall be conveyed to the petitioner in writing within two days thereafter. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondent-Bank, he is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate Forum.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of Court Master.
