It is pointed out that by an order dated 15.07.2019 the learned District Judge had recused herself from hearing the appeal. 4.

In this view the aforesaid appeal is required to be heard by another District Judge. Accordingly, the above captioned appeal no. No. 28/2015 pending before the Rent Controller Tribunal, District & Sessions Judge, South East District, Saket Court Complex, New Delhi is transferred to the

District & Sessions Judge, South District Saket. 5.

The parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court on 16.08.2019.
