The present writ petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 416/2017, registered at Police Station Mansarovar Park, for offences under Sections 420/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State points out that the police, after investigation, has already filed a closure report. He submits that the State has not found the petitioner to have committed any offence. He further submits that the closure report is pending consideration before the Trial Court.

At this stage, considering the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, no orders need to be passed in the present petition.

Needless to say, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in case of any grievance in future.
