The applicant, NGBPS Ltd., has filed the present application praying that the order dated 28.05.2024 be modified and the Registry be directed to release the interest that accrued on the Fixed Deposit made from the funds deposited by the appellant in the above captioned appeal. 2.

Learned counsel for the non-applicants have no objection to the said prayer. Accordingly, the order dated 28.05.2024 is modified to direct that the amount of interest accrued on the Fixed Deposit made from the funds deposited by the appellant in this Court be also forthwith released to the applicant/respondent.
