On July 7, 2023, the following order was passed. "1. Learned counsel for respondent prays for time to produce the original record as well as result of the interview, kept in a sealed cover, held pursuant to order dated 23.07.2019.

The result of the interview of one of the petitioners namely Sh. Sagar Dhumal has been produced before us. The sealed cover has been opened. We have perused the result. On perusing the same and as the petitioner no.2 did not appear in the interview, we are of the view that this petition need to be closed. It is ordered accordingly.
