The present petition is filed seeking furlough for a period of three weeks in FIR No. 90/2012 registered at Police Station Chandni Mahal for offences under Sections 302/364/365/392/397/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the application seeking furlough appears to not have been filed through proper channel.

He, however, fairly states that the present petition would be considered as an application seeking furlough and an appropriate order will be passed within a period of two weeks. 4.

Considering the above, no further orders are required to be passed at this stage.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in case any grievance remains in future.
