O R D E R

% 22.11.2017 Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sumer Singh of police station Sarita Vihar.

Respondent no.2 submits that petitioners were known to her husband and out of confusion present FIR was lodged. She further submits that she has now settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she has no objection in case FIR is quashed. Affidavit of respondent no.2 is also on record at pages 19 and 20 of this petition. In her affidavit, she has deposed that FIR was registered due to confusion and misunderstanding and that she has settled the matter with the petitioners with the intervention of her relatives and friends. She has further stated in

her affidavit that she has no objection in case FIR is quashed. Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 and respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 201/2010 under Sections 363/34 IPC registered at police station Sarita Vihar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
