1. Heard. Subject to all just exceptions, the petitioner is exempted from filing original documents for the present.

3. Ld. Counsel for respondent accepts notice of the present petition and submits that she does not wish to file any reply to the same and has no objection if the same is allowed.

4. Ld. Counsel for petitioner has submitted that he has filed the present petitioner for summoning original / official records by an authorized officer from DPRRDA i.e. General Manager, PIU, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna (MPRRDA) as detailed in para 5(iii) of the present The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. petition. He has further submitted that vide order dated 23.04.2025 passed by Ld. Sole Arbitrator, permission has already been granted to the petition to secure the presence of an appropriate official of MPRRDA, together with the relevant records, for being examined by the parties. He has further submitted that the matter is coming up for hearing before Ld. Sole Arbitrator at Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) on 30.05.2025 at 02:00 p.m.

5. Heard. The present petition u/S 27 of the Arbitration & Conciliation has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for summoning witness i.e. concerned official of MPRRDA with relevant record for examination before Ld. Sole Arbitration. Perusal of order dated 23.04.2025 passed by Ld. Sole Arbitrator would show that permission has already been granted to the petitioner for summoning the said witness/official. In view of submissions made on behalf of parties, the present application for summoning witness to appear before Ld. Sole Arbitrator at Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) is allowed.

6. Let summons be issued to witness mentioned in para 5(iii) of the petition to appear alongwith relevant record for examination of witnesses for 30th May, 2025 at 02:00 p.m. before Ld. Sole Arbitrator at Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). At request, diet money to the witness be paid on the spot. At request, dasti summons be also issued as per rules.
