The present Petition under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the Petitioner seeking setting aside of the Order dated 29.04.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge in CC No. 42/21 seeking a direction to produce complete Inventory Report dated 21.10.2009 prepared by Respondent No.2. A prayer is also made to direct Respondent No.2 to produce the books/ accounts lying in the locked almirah as per List of Inventory dated 03.02.2011.

However, the record shows that no such record was ever sought be produced by Respondent No.2 throughout. production of the inventory. It is for the first time now that the learned Counsel is stating that books of accounts lying in the locked almirah in the premises which may be produced in the Court, though no such Application was filed.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he would move appropriate Application before the learned Trial Court. 4.

In view of the above submissions, this Petition and pending Application are disposed of accordingly.
