The present petition under Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:

"A. Allow the present petition and partially set-aside the order dated 29.04.2025 passed by the Sh. Sumit Dass, L,d. ASJ- 05, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in "NYSA Communications And Ors. Vs. Computer Junction Pvt. Ltd.", bearing no. Crl.Rev 229/2025 to the extent of deletion of the condition of deposit of 1 0% of the cheque amount as condition precedent for the issuance of notice;

AND/OR B. Any other order in favour of the Petitioners, as this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit, in the interest of justice." 4.

submits that he has no objection if the present petition is allowed and the condition of deposit of 10 % of the cheque amount by the learned ASJ is waived of.

In view of the above, the order dated 29.04.2025 directing deposit of 10 % of the cheque amount as a prerequisite to hearing of revision petition is set aside.

The petitioners are directed to appear on the next date of hearing before the learned ASJ. The learned ASJ shall ensure that the matter be heard as expeditiously as possible without giving any undue adjournment to either of the parties.

The petition is allowed and disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. 9.

Copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court for necessary information and compliance.
