O R D E R

% 09.03.2024 Appellant has filed an appeal for reduction of the award dated 24.05.2022. The appellant has deposited the entire awarded amount along with accrued interest before the concerned tribunal in terms of the order dated 29.08.2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court. In view of the settlement arrived in MACA No. 345/2022, Ld. Counsel for the parties has submitted that MACA 234/2022 be also be disposed off and be sent to the National Lok Adalat. Ld. Counsel for the respondent/claimant (Reena) submits that the deposited amount along with accrued interest amount along with interest be released in her favour.

the statutory amount with interest, if any, may be refunded to the Insurance Company.

In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the concerned tribunal is directed to release the deposited amount along with the accrued interest in favour of the respondent/claimant (Reena), subject to fulfilment of all the requisite formalities. The Registrar General of this Court is directed to release the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- with interest if any, to the insurance company.

The present appeal along with the pending application(s), if any, is disposed of with directions in terms of the foregoing settlement.

A copy of this order be sent to concerned Ld. Tribunal with LCR, if requisitioned and received.
