A perusal of the proceeding sheets would show that from the last two dates repeated adjournments have been sought on behalf of the petitioner to argue the case. However, with the assistance of learned APP for the State and counsel for the respondent No.2, this Court has gone through the material placed on record.

By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 vide order dated 27.05.2023 in FIR No. 866/2022 registered under Sections 420/448/467/468/471/120B IPC at P.S. Prem Nagar. The primary ground raised for assailing the impugned order is that respondent no.2 has failed to disclose the dismissal of his anticipatory bail application by this Court. Sessions Court noted that the said fact was duly stated in the bail application and the same was also taken into account while passing the bail order. Respondent No.2 was admitted to regular bail thereafter. In view of the above, I find no merit in the present petition, consequently the same is dismissed alongwith miscellaneous application.
