The present petition is filed by the petitioner for claiming the allotment of Chamber no. 642F as per the seniority list D-27 in Saket District Court.

The petitioner stated that he has already been allotted Chamber 242C to his satisfaction and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as the relief claimed in the present petition is satisfied. 3.

In view of the submissions made by the petitioner, the present petition along with pending application is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.
