However, learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the impugned order dated 27.11.2024, whereby the petitioner was debarred, provided that the period of debarment shall be for six months. 3.

Since six months' time has come to an end, the petition is rendered infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition along with pending application, is dismissed as such.
