Court notices have also been issued to the petitioner but the petitioner could not be served. Even the ld. Counsel for the petitioner could not be served as is reflected in order dated 05.09.2023. Last court notice was issued to the petitioner vide order dated 25.07.2023. However, even the same could not be served, as per the report of the Registry. In view of the above, put up before the Hon'ble Court on 23.01.2024, for further directions."
