This petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of Judgment dated 4th November 2024, passed in W.P.(C) 5923/2019, where the following directions were passed:
"...13. Accordingly, the impugned order of the learned Tribunal is quashed and set aside.
14. The respondent is directed to appoint the petitioner consequent to the Notification dated 30 August 2012 along The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/07/2025 at 01:39:47
with others who had applied with the petitioner consequent to the said Notification. The petitioner would also be entitled to all consequential benefits except back wages. The petitioner would also be entitled to notional fixation of pay with effect from the date he would be appointed.
15. Compliance with this order be ensured within eight weeks from today..."

After the same, appointment letter was issued on 26th March 2025, though belatedly, and did not confirm the issue of notional pay fixation and all consequential service benefits.

Petitioner sent a representation in April 2025, followed by two legal notices, however, there has been no response. 4.
Ms. Shiva Lakshmi, CGSC, appears for respondent and states on instructions that a communication has already been sent, to the concerned Department, to confirm the same and comply with the orders of the Court. 5.
The process will be completed within the next four weeks. A communication in this regard will be sent to the petitioner. 6.
Accordingly, having recorded this undertaking, the petition is disposed of with, liberty to petitioner, to revive it, in case of a continued infraction.
