Pursuant to interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioner's daughter was granted provisional admission by the Respondent 1School. The Respondent 1-School has also, in sub-para xv of para 4 of the counter affidavit filed by way of response to the writ petition, expressed its agreement, to the student continuing to study with the Respondent 1-School as a student belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS).

This submission is reiterated by Mr. Yogesh Kumar who appears on behalf of Respondent 1-School.

As such, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 4.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the Respondent 1-School to continue to impart education to the petitioner's daughter as an EWS student with all entitlements to which an EWS student is entitled.
