Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that vide letter dated 23rd October, 2015 the respondent No.2 communicated its decision to DDA. Learned counsel has handed over the status report which is taken on record. Copy of the same is handed over to counsel for the petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the respondent No.1 communicated its decision to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 05th January, 2016 on 02nd March, 2016.
Copy of the letter dated 02nd March, 2016 is handed over and taken on record. Copy of the same is handed over to counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not received the letter dated 02nd March, 2016. However, considering that the copy of the letter dated 02nd March, 2016 has been served to him now in the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this
petition with liberty to challenge the letters dated 23rd October, 2015 and 02nd March, 2016.
