"(a) Issue a writ of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent No. 1 to execute the requisition certificate dated 20.05.2024 issued by the Learned Controlling Authority in terms of Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 and to effectuate recovery of amount from Respondent No. 2; and/or (b) Cost on account of litigation expenses.

(c) Issue any other order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
