2. The Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter since the proceeding pursuant to the issuance of the show-cause notice ('SCN') is yet to conclude. It will be open to the Petitioner to raise all the points urged in the present petition before the authority which has issued the SCN in accordance with law, and if so raised, the same will be dealt with by the said authority on merits.
