The present writ petition was filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of Certificate No.DS/NHP39/0017957/07/04/2016/503/35/184, alongwith all subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom, to the extent they pertain to the petitioner.

Concededly, the recovery proceedings are pending before the Recovery Officer.

The petitioner is statedly aggrieved by the issuance of Show Cause Notice dated 21.03.2024, vide which, he has been noticed to show cause as to why warrants of arrest should not be issued against him. 4.

It is informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already appeared on more than one occasion before the concerned Recovery Officer.

In view thereof, the warrants of arrest issued against the petitioner are set aside.
