The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed with the following prayers:- "It is, therefore prayed that your Lordships may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ of certiorari or any other writ or direction or orders to the respondents to trace the wife of the petitioner named Renu d/o Kharak Singh and to handover to the petitioner or any other and further orders be also passed which your lordships deem fit and necessary, in the interest of justice."

Even notice has not been issued in the case. The matter first came up for hearing on 22.07.2003. The Order that has been passed on 22.07.2003 reads as under:- "Let the petitioner give the proof of his marriage. As The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 02/07/2025 at 00:39:42

and when the same is given the matter be listed in the Court."

21 years have passed and the proof of marriage has yet not been submitted in the Court. There is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. 4.

Nothing survives in this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous along with pending application(s), if any. 5.

It is made clear that in case the Petitioner wants to revive the writ petition, he can do so after complying with the requirements of the Order dated 22.07.2003.
