The counsel for the brother of the respondent husband states (i) that this appeal was preferred by the appellant wife against the decree of dissolution of marriage of the appellant wife with the respondent husband; (ii) that the respondent husband died on 31st January, 2013; (iii) that the appellant wife has filed an application being CM No.24522/2017 for substitution of the brothers and sisters of the respondent husband along with an application being CM No.24523/2017 for condonation of delay of 1496 days in filing thereof; and, (iv) that the said applications also are now pending for long and the appellant wife has been dragging her feet. 3.

A perusal of the record shows that the counsel for the appellant wife, on the last date of hearing also, had sought adjournment. 4.

Dismissed in default.
