% 11.09.2017 The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is under instructions to withdraw the present appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

In terms of order dated 25.02.2010, the insurance company would have deposited some amount which was allowed to be released to the claimants by order dated 10.05.2010. The insurance company shall now satisfy the award by depositing the balance with the tribunal within thirty days, making it available to be released to the claimants. The statutory amount shall be refunded to the appellant after proof is shown of the award having been satisfied.
