The present application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"A. To enlarge the Applicant on Interim Bail for 20 days pertaining to FIR No. 83/2018 dated 16.03.2018 filed against the Applicant under Section 302/307/120B/34 IPC and 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act in P.S. Maurya Enclave, District North West.

B. And/or may pass such other order in the favour of the Applicant as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, equity, and good conscience."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to move appropriate application in the main bail application, i.e., BAIL APPLN. 1596/2024. 3.
