The present petition has been file dunder Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 assails notices/summons dated 20th June, 20231 issued by the EO, Kalkaji in relation to an enquiry being conducted on a complaint made by Respondent No. 4 against the Petitioners. 2.
This Court, by way of interim order dated 08th August, 2023 had stayed the proceedings emanating from impugned notices. 3.
