"In view of the submissions made above, it is therefore prayed that the Petitioner Manish @ Monish s/o Surendra Singh may kindly be granted interim bail for a period of 6 weeks in case FIR No. 01/ 2019, PS Darya Ganj u/s 392/397/34 IPC under the facts and circumstances."
