The present Bail Application is the second which has been filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C, 1973 for regular Bail on behalf of the petitioner in FIR No. 552/2020 registered under Sections 394/395/397/412/120B/34 IPC and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959. 2.

The earlier Bail Application filed before this Court was dismissed vide Order dated 16.05.2023 with the directions that the Trial be conducted expeditiously since the accused was in judicial custody since long. 3.

It has been pointed out by the learned APP for the State that since then, the Charge Sheet has been filed in the Court. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that six co accused have already been granted Bail in this matter since then. 5.

Considering the submissions made and also considering that there is a change in circumstances and six co accused have been granted Bail, this Petition is disposed of with the directions to file a fresh Bail Application The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
