In our opinion, the petitioner has an alternate remedy under Section 112 (1)(d) of the Delhi Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003. 2.
In that view of the matter, having regard to the disputed question involved in the present petition, we are of the view that present petition is not maintainable.

The petitioner can take recourse to the alternate remedy. 4.

the present case be considered, in case, if an issue of limitation crops ups. 5.
Needless to clarify, we have not appreciated the merits of the matter. 6.
The interim order permitting the newly elected Managing Committee of the Society to incur only day-to-day expenses shall be continued for a period of three weeks from today.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed accordingly. 8.
The next date i.e., 06th October 2025 stands cancelled. 9.
