% 06.02.2017 It is contended in the writ petition that petitioner has applied for parole through Superintendent via jail vide dispatch no. 2339 on 26th October, 2016. However, this application has yet not been decided by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent, i.e., Govt. of NCT of Delhi to decide the aforesaid application of the petitioner within two weeks from today and communicate the order to the petitioner.
