BAIL APPLN. 191/2017 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.710/2016, under Sections 452/506/34 IPC, registered at Police StationNeb Sarai, Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person having no nexus with the FIR No.710/2016, under Sections 452/506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station-Neb Sarai, Delhi. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in the above case. He further submits that nothing is to be recovered at the
instance of the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is ready to join investigation in this case.
Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, vehemently opposes the anticipatory bail application and submitted that the petitioner intentionally trespassed in the house of the complainant.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation and in the event of his arrest he be released on anticipatory bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of IO/SHO concerned.
