% 05.04.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over the copy of the order dated 29th March, 2016 in RFA 825/2015 in which the respondents have given undertaking to handover the vacant and peaceful possession of the subject property to the petitioner on or before 30th June, 2017. The same is taken on record.

This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same after 30th June, 2017, if the occasion so arises. J.R. MIDHA, J.
