Vide order dated 24th March, 2025, the present suit was referred for mediation to Mr. R.K. Virmani, senior advocate. 2.
The learned mediator has filed his report dated 9th July, 2025 wherein it is noted that the parties have settled their disputes vide the Settlement Agreement dated 4th July, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement'). 3.
The Settlement Agreement has been placed on record by the parties. 4.
I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.
5.
The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiffs in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 11.
The Court also expresses its appreciation for the efforts put in by Mr. R.K. Virmani, senior advocate.
